Do you offer in-person therapy?

I only offer virtual therapy for now, but I may offer in-person support in the future. If you’re looking for in-person support, I’d love to hear from you so I can gauge client interest and get back to you in the event that I set up an office in the Toronto area.

What videoconferencing tools to you use?

I currently use Google Meet for therapy, and I will send you a link you can use to access the meeting as soon as your session is scheduled. You only need a device with a webcam and an internet connection to access our sessions.

Do you offer a sliding scale fee?

Yes, I am willing to negotiate fees on a sliding scale for clients who struggle to afford therapy. As a registered psychotherapist, I also accept all types of insurance for clients working with an insurance provider.

What can I expect in our first session?

In the first session, my goal is to get to know your issues and what you’re looking for from therapy. I’m thorough, and may ask a lot of questions in our first few sessions – but my goal is to provide you the option to share only as much as you’re comfortable with.

What payment methods do you accept?

I currently prefer etransfer payments for now. If you prefer to pay a different way, please don’t hesitate to reach out and I will see if I can accommodate your preferred payment method.
